Questions
FAQS
For schools
What is the PE Portal?
A planning tool for whoever takes the physical education period. Enter the equipment in your store room, the class and the period length, and a full session comes back: warm-up, main activity and cool-down, each with a plan of the ground.
Does it replace the PE teacher?
No. It takes over the paperwork and the preparation. The teacher still runs the period and is free to change anything the portal hands them.
Does it follow the CBSE curriculum?
Yes. The year plan is divided the way the board asks for it, and fitness testing follows the Health and Activity Card. Each unit carries its learning outcomes, assessment, safety notes and an adjustment for children with special needs.
What does it cost?
Nothing during early access. Schools in the beta keep a say in what gets built next.
What do you ask for in return?
One term of honest use, and time with your PE teacher to watch how it holds up on the ground.
What do we need to run it?
The phone already in the teacher’s pocket. Sessions are built around the equipment you actually own, on the ground you actually have.
Is it available in Hindi?
Every screen, and every session it writes, switches language on one tap.
How long does it take to set up?
One call. We show you the portal and set your school up in the same week.
For companies
What happens on the day?
An event planned around your staff to get them moving around but with an attention on improving the team cohesion and dynamics so that people who work along connect on a deeper level, giving a mentality boost and of course a break from the constant desk job.
Is it a tournament?
Not the kind that leaves half your office on a bench by eleven, because the whole thing is built so that everyone keeps playing right through the morning and the quiet ones end up in the middle of it rather than watching from the edge.
How many people can you handle?
Bring it on, we currently have experience handling 250 to 300 participants in a day, so send us your headcount and we will shape the morning around it.
What does a session cost?
For an easy two hour long one-off session we charge 60,000 INR all inclusive, and for a continued agreement we propose better offers, so feel free to enquire.
How much notice do you need?
Connect with us at least a month before so there is room for ideation, a site visit and proper session planning, which is what makes the day feel built for your office rather than pulled off a shelf.
Where do you operate?
Wherever a company thinks they want to add some spark back into the office, we work all across India and are based in New Delhi, so for anything outside we travel and bring everything the session needs with us.
Do we need our own ground?
Whatever you already have works, a field, a court, a car park with some space in it, and we turn up and shape the day around it so nothing has to be built or hired.
What if our people are not sporty?
Those are the ones we plan for first, because the research behind all of this is on why people quit sport in the first place, so the day is built to pull in whoever was quietly hoping not to be picked.
Is there first aid on site?
Yes, CPR and first aid certified and on the ground for the whole session.
