Today’s games
Tick the equipment in the store room. A session comes back, sized to the period.

For schools
A physical education portal for schools, built by a sports scientist.
What we are doing
A written year plan, four assessed strands and a fitness card for every child. All of it lands on one teacher, with no planning tool and no budget to produce it with.
The teacher is not the problem. What the job lacks is time, and access to sports science that has moved on since most PE courses were written. Both can be handed over.
A teacher with better tools is still the teacher.

What we have built
It carries what a European sport faculty teaches into a class of forty on an Indian school ground, and it runs on a phone at the edge of the field.
Tick the equipment in the store room. A session comes back, sized to the period.
Say a result out loud. It files itself against the right child and the right sport.
Three answers produce the whole year, split the way the board asks for it.
Every screen, and every session it writes, switches on one tap.
It runs on the phone already in the teacher’s pocket
The portal, on the field
Equipment, class, period length. Back comes a warm-up, a main activity and a cool-down that add up to the period exactly, each with a plan of the ground and a named teaching model an observation can cite.

The portal, on paper
Which class, how long the year is, how often the period runs. The planner returns the year divided the way CBSE asks for it, and holds the same proportions on a thirty two week year or a forty four week one.

Filling the fitness card by speaking it
The teacher speaks the result on the field and it files itself, which makes a whole class measurable in one period instead of an evening of typing.
Improvement becomes something a school can show a parent, rather than something it has to claim.

A first group of schools gets the portal at no cost while it is being finished. We sit with the teachers using it and change whatever does not survive a real period with forty children.
Nothing is sold to a school before it has been tested in one.
Working together
Private schools that want their sport to be better than the timetable allows, and a PE teacher willing to use this for a term and tell us the truth about it.
01
The full portal for its PE department, at no charge, set up for its own timetable.
02
One term of honest use, and time with the PE teacher on the ground.
03
Nothing. Schools in the beta keep a say in what gets built next.
04
One message. We show you the portal on a call and set you up the same week.
